Increase in MBBS seats in India 2020
There has been growth in the demand of healthcare professionals in the country. The Government of India is trying to increase the number of seats and colleges in MBBS and BDS through NEET every year. States participating in NEET fulfill the 85% medical quota seats and 15% are fulfilled by the All India centralised counselling. Students failing to seek admission in the Indian medical institutions can seek admission abroad.
