MBBS from Abroad is only valid, if the concerned Medical University / College is duly recognized by the MCI (Medical Council of India). Please note once you obtain MBBS degree from a foreign college, you shall have to appear for a written Screening Test. It is known as Indian Nationals with Foreign Medical Qualifications (FMGE). It is conducted by MCI and upon passing the same , you shall be eligible to practice in India.

Medium of Instruction in English:

In general, the duration of MBBS program in Medical Universities abroad, is mainly of 6 years after 10+2. However, there are some Universities which also offers 5 yrs MBBS.
